Walking is a great way
to stay healthy. It benefits weight control, blood pressure, cholesterol,
maintains healthy bones, muscles and joints whilst giving you more energy.

Meet
at Blairgowrie Town Hall 9.15am, walks commence approx 9.30am (leaders please
try to be there for 09:00).

BaDNS run a programme of walks suitable for all abilities and fitness
levels. From simple and easy walks on a Wednesday, coupled with a power
walk for the more energetic, to mid and high level adventurous walks on other
days.
