Dates for 2010

“Opportunity to promote local producers”

10am – 3pm in Wellmeadow, Blairgowrie

on the following Saturdays:

24th April

22nd May

26th June

24th July

28th August

25th September

The stall rental fee for 2010 is £30, this is the first increase since 2006.  Due to a waiting list stall fees are payable one week in advance.  In the event of a last minute cancellation they will be refunded.

In the event of predicted adverse weather, especially high winds and driving rain, in the interests of safety and protecting stallholders' stock, markets may be cancelled at short notice.  While we endeavour to contact all stallholders in the event of any change to the schedule, this is not always possible for a variety of reasons, including your own uncontactability!  Stallholders are advised to check back with this website prior to any market as any changes will always be reflected here.  This is particularly relevant at times of potential bad weather.

A list of regular stall holders is available here.

Food Safety Regulations (1.8MB PDF)

If you would like to book a stall you can download an application form here (pdf).  If you are looking for further information please use this contact form or alternatively email or telephone Sue on 01828 640763.

We are looking for schools, choirs, bands, orchestras, local musicians or street entertainers who wish to celebrate their talents and raise funds by entertaining those who attend the market.

Taste of Strathmore

In the spring there’s a great selection of seasonal vegetables on sale.  So it is the perfect opportunity to give your diet a spring clean and make sure you are getting at least five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables each day.

We are members of the The Scottish Association of Farmers' Markets www.scottishfarmersmarkets.co.uk
